Insecurity: Businesswoman Raped In Turns and Beaten Up, Cash & Sodas Stolen By A Five Man Gang In Embu County

Insecurity in Embu East sub-county continues unabated as a businesswoman was reportedly gang raped by five thugs before robbing her cash and property.
The five man gang broke into her shop IN Mufu village that doubles as her home and beat her up while demanding cash. They stole Sh 3,000 before proceeding to rape her in turns. According to the Star, the woman was fast asleep when the gang broke into her shop. They also made away with sodas.

Embu East subcounty AP boss, Charles Machinji, said that efforts are being made to track the thugs. Meanwhile the woman is admitted at Kyieni Mission Hospital.
