Luhya’s Make a Large Percentage of Tea Girls and Messengers in Jubilee Government While Lucrative Positions Only Go to Two Tribes, Boni Khalalwe Claims

Kakamega Senator Boni Khalalwe has rubbished a report by the Public Service Commission detailing how state jobs are distributed among the 42 tribes in Kenya saying the Jubilee Government is trying to sanitize tribal appointments among two tribes.

The bullfighter told a section of the media that the PSC report should be made qualitative indicate which positions are held by each community in the government.

The report indicated that the Kikuyu, Kalenjin, Luhyas and kambas dominate the government positions at 22.9%, 12.9%, and 10.9% respectively.

Khalwale was quoted as saying;

You cannot enumerate tea girls and office assistants in government and tell us that Luhyas are third in government jobs when we know that a docket like security is controlled by one tribe.
