President Uhuru Kenyatta is reportedly on a mission to rid out some key aides who have subjected him to ridicule and embarrassment, reports the star.

The daily goes on to name Jomo Gecaga, who is President Uhuru Private Secretary and Joshua Kuttuny as those lined up for transfer.

It said that the two are perceived to be excess baggage and liability to State House and the Presidency.

The President, according to the Star, has realised that he is being surrounded by losers who have no interest to his legacy and the country. The two are "perceived to be a liability to the Presidency.

Those who will survive the purge are State House Spokesman Manoah Esipisu, Chief of Staff Joseph Kinyua and Comptroller Lawrence Lenyapa.

Dennis Itumbi fate is still unknown in the clean-up.

Kuttuny has more than once made statements than have been denounced by State House. State house officials have in the past declared that Kuttuny “does not organise the President's diary" after he told the media that the President was traveling to Rift Valley and Western Kenya.
