Declare Raila Odinga President With Immediate Effect, Millie Adhiambo Demands (See Details)

Key Cord leader lieutenant, Mbita MP Millie Adhiambo, has demanded that Raila Odinga be declared the President incase Supreme Court Judge Philip is found guilty of receiving bribes from Kidero.

The Judge has been accused of receiving a sum of Sh200 million to rule in favor of an election petition by Ferdinand Waititu against Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero.

The Mbita MP said if Tunoi is found guilty it will mean that the five judges were compromised to uphold Uhuru Presidency against Raila in the last general election.

Millie Odhiambo was quoted by a section of the media as saying:

“I want to tell the Judiciary that should Tunoi be found guilty of the bribery allegations, let them pack and Raila be declared President following the ruling they made after the disputed election,”

“This will actually show that the judges cannot be trusted and that maybe some of them were bribed by the Jubilee government to influence the outcome of the case."

Tunoi has denied ever physically meeting Evans Kidero, terming the allegations as malicious and designed to malign his name.

He rubbished the allegations made by his accuser Geoffrey Kiplagat. National Intelligence Service has, however, confirmed that the two exchanged text messages but did not reveal the content of their conversations.
