Supreme Court Judge Tunoi To Reveal How Much They Were Bribed To Deny Raila Odinga The Presidency (See Details)

Justice Tonui

Justice Tunoi, who allegedly received a bribe of Sh200 million from Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero to rule in his favor in an election petition pitting him against Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu, has threatened to name how much they were bribed to dismiss Raila Odinga’s 2013 presidential petition, reports Daily Post.

According to the blog, each of the Supreme Court Judges received colossal amounts from the government to throw out Cord petition that challenged the legitimacy of President Uhuru.

The blog goes on to state that the 72 year old will ‘expose the immense rot at the Judiciary if the Judicial Service Commission JSC) recommends his removal from office over bribery allegations’-allegations that we cannot independently verify.

Cord co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka had claimed last year that the Supreme Court judges and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission were compromised by the government.
