As Jubilee will be celebrating deputy president William Ruto victory from the manacles at ICC, Cord coalition has organized another parallel rally in Kibera to show solidarity with post elections victims (PEV).
According to James Orengo, Emeli Simiyu and Johnson Muthama, the coalition is keen on ensuring the PEV victims get justice.
They reiterated their stand that as long as the contentious electoral system is not addressed the country is bound to sink into violence.
Cord principals are expected to attend the Laini Saba Grounds rally. Raila Odinga, speaking with AFP France, categorically stated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) should have stood its ground and not allowed the Kenya government to blackmail the court.
Raila went on to say that Africa has an unenviable record of abusing human rights and extending presidential term limits.
President Uhuru, who was also facing charges against humanity in the 2007-08- reacted angrily accusing the former Prime Minister of being a sell-out.
The Jubilee thanks-giving rally in Nakuru slated for Saturday will also act as their 2017 re-election launch.
