Mutunga castigated the Jubilee administration of taking the country back to the Moi era. In a twitter post, the CJ faulted Uhuru for using force in dispersing peaceful demonstration.
This is after Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga and his supporters were teargased by anti-riot police after they attempted to storm the Indepedent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
Here is what Juma Jacob shared:
Dr Willy Mutunga's regret for yesterday's teargassing of Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga. I know how painful Dr. Mutunga feels about his role in dismissing the affidavit by Raila Odinga in 2013 that had evidence of election irregularities. Anyway, the struggle for change continues. God bless Kenya.
So far five protestors have been shot dead.
